Excellent dealership from start to finish. I was originally told around two weeks for collection, but the car was ready much earlier than expected. I was kept updated throughout the whole process and everything was handled professionally and transparently. They even did extra work to the car, including replacing tyres that didn’t really need changing. A genuinely honest and trustworthy dealer who clearly cares about doing things properly. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend. 5 stars.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with The Car Factory, and I would especially like to thank Bilal, Aadil and Khal for making the whole car-buying process so smooth and enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived, they were extremely welcoming, professional, friendly and approachable. They took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Nothing felt rushed or pressured, and they went above and beyond to provide genuinely excellent customer service.

This was my first time purchasing a BMW and I really appreciated how thoroughly they went through the car with me. They explained all the features, functions and technology inside the vehicle in a way that was easy to understand, answering every question we had and making sure we felt confident before driving away.

The entire process was efficient, professional and well organised, and their communication and customer service were exceptional from start to finish. You can genuinely tell that they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
