Excellent dealership from start to finish. I was originally told around two weeks for collection, but the car was ready much earlier than expected. I was kept updated throughout the whole process and everything was handled professionally and transparently. They even did extra work to the car, including replacing tyres that didn’t really need changing. A genuinely honest and trustworthy dealer who clearly cares about doing things properly. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend. 5 stars.

Absolutely brilliant experience from Bilal and the whole team at car factory. From start to finish they were extremely helpful, professional and easy to deal with. Communication throughout was spot on and they genuinely took the time to make sure I was happy with the car before delivery.

There were a few features/modifications I initially wasn’t keen on and they went out of their way to change things for me without any hassle. The car itself was exactly as described, drove amazing and looked even better in person.

To top it all off, they even delivered the car directly to my home address which made the whole process so much easier. Couldn’t recommend Bilal and the team enough – proper customer service and a genuinely great buying experience.

Travelled down to The Car Factory today with my son Callum to look at one of the fantastic selection of pristine prestige cars that were for sale.
I had arranged with one of the guys who own this amazing dealership his name is Bill, to come down and purchase a beautiful Mercedes CLA AMG. Callum my son had paid a deposit to secure the amazing Mercedes car until we could drive down to Blackburn from Newcastle (a three and a half hour drive)
Callum had a finance agreement in place to buy the car, but after speaking to Bill who really knows his cars, and has to be one of “THE NICEST GUYS ” I have ever had the pleasure to speak to. Bill spoke to the company Callum had arranged finance with and concluded there was something seriously wrong with the finance agreement we had put in place.
Bill asked if we minded him trying to secure us an agreement and we agreed for him to try.
Callum and I then took the Mercedes for a test drive accompanied by the company’s mechanic another extremely nice and friendly young man called Call.
After years of dealing with different dealerships buying cars for myself and fir my son I can honestly say, that this company run by honest, very knowledgeable, accommodating and extremely approachable guys who made us both feel extremely comfortable whilst being good with them.
After a short while Bill chased the finance company which they use for an answer for Callum, nothing was an issue
And Bill and Call were amazing guys to deal with and our long drive was worth every minute.
I can not recommend Bill , Call and all at The Car Factory Ltd if your in the market for a prestige car,
The outcome was that Callum and I are going back down same time next Saturday to collect Callums new car.
Bill did everything and a whole lot more to try and get us to drive Callums new car back with us today, bud sadly there was a small issue on our side that made it impossible for us to take the car today.
But again Bill was extremely accommodating in letting us collect it next Saturday even offering to deliver it to us all the way up to Newcastle, amazing service.

I bought a car from aadil couple months ago the service was awsome, very very friendly people, sorted all the paperwork out n9 problem, the car then had a slight issue a couple week later which I was super anxious about as I have bought a car in the past and had to get rid of it as it was no good for use so naturally the alarm bells in my head starting ringing, I rang addil and explained that there was something wrong with the car and the clutch pedal was sticking, he said dont worry bring it in and let me deal with it I will get it sorted out for you, I then got a phone call what I definatly didn’t want to hear that the car will need a new clutch and a new clutch pedal unit, which as you can imagine made me super nervous to the cost of it all etc, then we had another problem that the pedal unit for my car isn’t available from the dealers any more so the part was super hard to get hold of, not good at all, but I bit my lip and put my faith In To aadil to get it sorted, he called me a day or two later that hes gone out of his way to buy the exact same car just to take the unit off that and put on to mine, which realy shocked me at how determined he was to keep me happy and to make sure the car was in amazing condition before returning it to me, now thats customer service that I dont think any other dealer would have done for anybody, and i didnt spend a penny for the repairs.t
The ride was a little rough at the start but I can assure you you are in some seriously good hands whith the cars he provides, he goes above and beyond to keep customer satisfaction, I now have a brilliant car and couldn’t be happier with the service so far, thanks aadil.

Supplier sent wrong bearing (no fault of The Car Factory) Aadil, the owner went back to his supplier only to find the bearing he ordered was out of stock.
